### 1. Website & Artwork
All artwork, photographs, designs, text, and other creative content displayed on this website belong to **Hunter’s Lens / George Hanta**, unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially used without permission.
### 2. Commissions
Commissioned work is created based on an agreed brief between the artist and client. Details such as scope, price, timeline, revisions, and usage rights will be agreed upon before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment does not automatically transfer copyright or ownership of the original artwork. The artist retains copyright while granting the client the agreed usage rights.
### 3. Payment & Cancellation
A commission is considered confirmed once the agreed deposit or full payment has been received.
For commissioned work, a **50% non-refundable deposit** is generally required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Different payment arrangements may be agreed upon for specific projects.
If a client cancels after work has started, the deposit will not be refunded and any completed work beyond the deposit may be charged based on the amount of work completed.
Final artwork and agreed usage rights will only be released once the full payment has been received.
If I need to cancel a project before completion, any payment for work that has not been completed will be refunded.
### 4. AI & Digital Tools
I may use AI, photography, digital manipulation, generative tools, and other creative technologies as part of the artistic process. The specific tools used may vary from project to project.
Where third-party tools are involved, their respective terms and limitations may also apply.

If you provide photographs, logos, text, or other materials for a commission, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use them and to have them incorporated into the commissioned work.
