I wanted to capture the innocence and wonder of reading through a more cinematic, fantastical lens. The fairy lights became part of the story rather than simply decoration—wrapping around the subject like visible traces of imagination. I played with the contrast between the cool ambient light and warm glowing stars to make the frame feel intimate, dreamy, and slightly surreal.
